Community Living Services

Community Living Services are designed to meet the long term non-medical, residential and quality of life needs of survivors of brain injury and related neurological dysfunction.

Our Community Living Services offers ongoing daily routine and structure which enhances physical functioning, communicative and social interaction, neuropsychological functioning and behavioral control. Supervision and support is provided by trained Life Skills Trainers on a twenty-four hour, seven days a week basis.

Key Program Features:

  • Following an intake assessment which includes personal goals, interests and expectations presented by the client and family, the case manager develops a plan of care addressing the client’s needs.
  • We provide a safe, structured environment where individuals with maladaptive behaviors and/or attendent care needs resulting from an acquired brain injury can relearn appropriate behaviors and skills.
  • Restorative therapy sessions may be available on a case-by-case basis.
