Rob McDaniel, MS
Rob McDaniel, M.S., is Executive Director at Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services in Benton, Arkansas. He began his career as a behavior specialist and advanced to clinical director before assuming his current role. He received his M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. He has extensive experience in behavior analysis, and speaks frequently throughout the mid-South region.

Mary Lewis, MSE, CCC-SLP
Mary Lewis, MSE, CCC-SLP, is Adult Program Director at Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services. She received her master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, as well as the Speech and Language Pathology Board. She is a seasoned speaker and presenter.

Steve Wilkinson, Program Case Manager
Steve Wilkinson has over twenty-three years of experience in brain injury in roles ranging from direct care to team supervision. He has been integral in the startup of several teams within the Timber Ridge family - most recently, he led the Pediatric NeuroBehavioral Program as its Program Case Manager. With his case management experience, he has led a number of treatment teams in developing program treatment models which have led to the improvement in functional outcomes at Timber Ridge Ranch. Steve has also been a certified CPI Instructor with many years of experience in training the staff working with behaviorally involved clients. He has also been involved in the development of several family training programs that are used to facilitate the adjustment to injury. As a family member of a head injured survivor, Steve brings a unique perspective in the recovery process of the survivor as well as the family.

Garry Teeter, MS, LPC, NCC, BCPCC, CBIST
Garry Teeter is the Client/Family Support Specialist at Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services. He received his master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. He is the current president of the Arkansas Mental Health Counselors Association and a past chairperson for the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling. He also currently sits as a board member of the American Academy of Brain Injury Specialist (AACBIS) which is a subcommittee of the Brain Injury Association of America and is a board member of the Brain Injury Association of Arkansas. Garry has developed extensive training curriculums for families which are used to facilitate the rehabilitation processes. He speaks frequently throughout the region.
Program Representatives/Clinical Evaluators
Gary Graham, BSW
Gary Graham, BSW, graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and has 21 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation and brain injury. He has been with Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services since 1986 where he has served as Life Skills Teacher, Case Manager, Community and Professional Liaison and is currently Director of Marketing as well as Program Representative and Clinical Evaluator. Gary is a past Vice-President of the Brain Injury Association of Arkansas and is a current member of this organization. He is also a current member of the Case Management Society of America where he has served on the board of the Central Arkansas Chapter.
Sara McDonald, MCD, CCC-SLP
Sara McDonald, MCD, CCC-SLP, is Program Representative and Clinical Evaluator with Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services. She holds a Master of Communicative Disorders from the University of Mississippi and has 30 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in various treatment settings. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the state of Arkansas. Sara is a past president of the Arkansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association and received the Honors of the Association in 1991. She is also a member of the Case Management Society of America.
