Nestled on a 315-acre rural site a short distance from Benton, Arkansas, the location provides a safe, tranquil environment well-suited to meeting the therapeutic needs of clients. The facility is only 40 minutes from Little Rock, which provides accessibility to a greater metropolitan area.
Environment:
Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services offers a spectrum of living environments from highly structured inpatient care to less-structured transitional settings. Each progressive environment provides opportunities to approximate the client's optimal discharge setting while allowing clinical teams to observe and prescribe necessary treatment, adaptive equipment, and appropriate living settings for clients and families.
The facility is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for its Brain Injury Programs: Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs (Adults and Children); Long-Term Inpatient Services (Adults). The Arkansas Department of Human Services licenses both adult and pediatric programs.
Teams:
Comprehensive, individualized services from a transdisciplinary team of licensed professionals assist clients along a course to greater independence. A separate team is dedicated to the needs of children, adolescents and their families.
A clinical team may include professionals from the disciplines of: behavior analysis, neuropsychology, physiatry, psychology, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, counseling, education, nursing, and case management.
